Whoa! Are You Serious?
It’s only been five days since I signed up with Chris Guthrie’s Niche Profit Course and completed the training. Needless to say I have been very busy and hard at work trying to use everything I have learned and get my new niche site up and in action. I have put in a lot of long hours on the MacBook but Google is now thanking me.
I gotta say I’m very happy with the results. Already they are far better then what I originally thought they would be.
Let me explain.
After finishing the Niche Profit Course I did some keyword research and registered my spankin’ new niche mini-site. I have been following the courses techniques and I gotta say that I am totally stoked! The results thus far have been amazing.
This is my first attempt at building a niche site with the help of Chris’ course. The reason why I say this is that in only five days my new site is ranked at the bottom of the first page of Google!

I didn’t even know that was possible.
All my previous attempts at getting on the first page of Google seems like such a big waste of time now.
I just did a quick keyword check on Google and there it was. Sitting right there all pretty on the first page of Google! Granted it’s at the bottom but I am almost certain I can get in the top 3 ranking with a little more time and effort.
Being on the first page of Google totally took me by surprise, I didn’t expect it either. To be honest I didn’t even expect to see it anywhere in the search results or on any of the pages. At least not that fast.
Hard Work and Long Hours
I gotta say though I have been at it hard these last few days. With the exception of Sunday which I told myself was a ‘No Computer Day‘, which it was. As well as about half the day Monday I have been working on this site pretty much non stop. I’ve been putting in an easy 12-16 hours plus. It’s paying off though, and quick!

How Much Passive Income Will it Make
I’m not sure how much it will make. I don’t have the foggiest. I know there are formulas out there that you can guesstimate how much it will make with Adsense, etc but that’s not really my style. When it starts getting Adsense Clicks and Amazon Conversions I will then report back.
As you can tell I am very excited as it is fun to see the fruits of all my hard work already paying off.
Already More on the Way
I have 3 other mini-niche sites that I have registered already so there is a lot more work to be done. I’m looking forward to it though. Now that I have some experience putting them together I can move a long even faster.
5 Days?
I didn’t know that you can get on the first page of Google that fast. Have you had any of your Niche Sites or any site for that matter get on the first page of Google that quick?

I see that you are also a fan of Pats SPI. How similar is the advice on the course to the advice on his website? Particularly “the back linking strategy that works”? Also, would you be willing to tell us what your niche is? It would be good to try and see what you have done so well.

Yeah, I would say there are some similarities in the course, though the delivery and presentation is different.
With all due respect, I do not wish to be that transparent with my niche as that would just create more competition for me and possibly losing revenue. I assure you though. I have just Googled it and have double raked for my niche (2 up from the bottom actually ranking past the company itself). Which I’m stoked about!

The similarities in our ventures is astonishing. I actually made my first sale on Amazon in less than 10 days after joining Chris’ Niche Profit Course. Unfortunately, I am no where in the search engines. Did you start backlinking when you created the site, how long did it take to start ranking so well?

I started back linking almost right away. After I finished working on the website and adding the content. Which was within the third or fourth day or so, after registering the domain. I went through almost all the links provided in the course. I was not expecting the results that I got and was totally surprised to see it where it was.
Awesome. I guess I will dig deeper into those links. I am ranked somewhere in Google, in fact according to my analytics all my visitors have come from google with long-tail keywords. For whatever reason when I type those same keywords in Google, I can’t seem to find my site. Maybe it’s a location thing, I dunno. Is this the only site you are working on right now?

I have registered around 10 niche sites since completing the Niche Profit Course, but have around 40 or so that I work on. This is my main site though.
