Tonight I decided to treat myself a little bit and bought a pizza. Nothing fancy, just a cheap one from the grocery store. I enjoy making my own pizza as there is a bit of an art to it. Not mention I give my pizza a lot of TLC.
As I as chopping the mushrooms, adding the olives and slapping on some good ol’ Mozzarella Cheese, I got to thinking.
“Whoa!” I just had an epiphany.
What I am doing here, making this pizza is an analogy for what I am doing online.
You see, it’s like this.
Your Passive Income is the pizza base. If you are just starting out making money online you probably are starting out at zero.

Let’s look at the breakdown of Passive Income Pizza.
I love mushrooms so I always put a lot on. Mushrooms could be your Google Adsense earnings.
I love olives too so, you bet. I pile those Luscious Greek Fruits from the Heavens up Above on. Olives could be your Amazon Affiliates income.
Extra cheese you say? Of course! Chitika is being kinda cheesy right now so lets make that another channel of Passive Income.
How bout some onions too? Yep, got that! Maybe onions is your Commission Junction earnings? Yeah, that’ll work.
I don’t eat the stuff but I know a lot of peeps out there dig on pepperoni so you can pile some of that on too if you want. Pepperoni can be Sales of iPhone Apps if you like.

Yes, it’s strange when you’re sitting down eating your pizza and thinking that his is just one big analogy. Perhaps it’s just due to the copious amounts of caffeine being consumed?
I don’t know.
The Morale of the Story folks is treat your Passive Incomes streams like a pizza. Build it like you love it!
Diversify your channels of income.
Nobody likes to eat just a plain pizza base, so show that baby some love! Add some cheese, mushrooms, olives, onions, tomatoes and whatever else you enjoy having on your pizza.
Now do the same with your Passive Income. Add as many channels as you can to your Passive Income Pizza. Build it with care, look after it and show it a little TLC.
Don’t rush things. If you rush through making your pizza you might not make it as well, it might get sloppy and fall apart. It might not taste as good.
The same is true for your Passive Income. Look after it, take care of it and build it. Remember to diversify and not to put all your eggs in one basket.
