All My WordPress Posts and Pages Disappeared!

Help! I Just Lost all my WordPress Posts!

I just logged into WordPress to publish a post and what? What’s going on? I clicked on the posts link and well, I had none. All my WordPress Posts and Pages were gone! They disappeared! What happened? I have no idea.

Don’t panic!

Take a couple deep breaths and run to the nearest store, grab a case of beer and start drinking and smoking. Even if you’re not a smoker. Start Smoking! This solves everything.

Now that you have a few beers down your throat and thousands of toxic chemicals embedded in your lungs. It is now time to get your hands dirty and fix this mess.

How to Get Your Worpress Posts Back

1. Login to Your Cpanel
2. Click on MySQL Databases
3. Click on the Check Database
4. Once your Database has been checked, click the Go Back link
5. Click the Repair Database
6. Click the Go Back link

That’s it. All done! That should get all your WordPress Posts back. If that doesn’t work then that’s what the case of beer is for. Begin pounding as much beer as you can down. The faster the better.

If all else fails there is still hope!

• Contact your Hosting and submit an Urgent support ticket.

Your Hosting provider should be able to look into and fix the Database or otherwise giving you all your WordPress Posts and Pages back.

Backup Your WordPress Database!

I admit. I have never been much into backing up my WordPress Database(s). However, after this fiasco I will begin doing regular backups of all my websites and databases. I would have been devastated if I would have lost all my hard work. Hopefully this will never happen to you.
